This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not run an analytics product that profiles you. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no cross-site identifier. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies when you arrive: there is nothing here that requires consent.

One thing, and only if you change it: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. It is kept in your browser's own storage so the site looks the way you left it next time. It is a single preference, it is not an identifier, it is never sent to our servers, and it cannot be read by any other website.

You can clear it at any time by clearing site data for xmodo.com in your browser. The only effect is that the site returns to following your system's light or dark setting.

Cloudflare sits in front of this website as a content delivery network and security layer. It may set its own strictly necessary cookie to tell genuine visitors from automated traffic and to keep the site available during an attack. It is used for security, not for advertising or profiling, and we cannot use it to identify you.

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser fetches those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by that request, but it is a connection to another company, so it is listed here rather than left out.

Apart from the fonts and the security layer above, the pages load only from xmodo.com.

Submitting a form sends what you typed to our server so we can reply. That is covered by the privacy notice, which explains what is collected, who handles it and how long it is kept.

If we ever add something that does require consent, we will ask you before it runs, and update this page and the date at the top.
