Terms of use
The terms for this website. Your xmodo subscription, if you have one, is governed by its own agreement rather than by this page.
Last updated 15 September 2026.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to xmodo.com, the public website, and to anyone who uses it. By using the site you accept them.
They do not govern an xmodo subscription. If your organisation buys xmodo, the Master Services Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement govern that relationship, and they take precedence over anything on this website.
What the site is for
The site describes the xmodo platform and lets you ask for a demo or get in touch. You may read it, and share or quote from it for the purpose of evaluating xmodo, with attribution.
You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to break into it or test its security without our written permission, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Accuracy of what you read here
We take care that the descriptions of frameworks, regulations and reporting deadlines on this site are correct at the time of writing, and we update them when the rules change. Even so, this site is marketing material and general information. It is not legal, audit or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the regulation that binds you or taking advice on it.
Do not make a compliance decision solely on what this website says. If something here matters to a decision you are making, confirm it with us and with your own advisers.
What the platform does, and what it does not
Descriptions of features, integrations and coverage on this site reflect the product as we intend it to work. They are not a warranty, and what a particular subscription includes is what its order form and the MSA say it includes.
Where this site describes the AI, it also describes its limits: suggestions carry their source and require a named person's approval. Nothing here should be read as a claim that the platform makes compliance decisions on your behalf.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove pages without notice. Service levels for the platform, where they apply, are in the agreement rather than here.
Our content and marks
The text, design, diagrams and the xmodo name and logo on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Framework names and the marks of other organisations belong to their owners, and are used here to describe what the platform supports. Their use does not imply that those organisations endorse or are affiliated with xmodo.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a regulator, a standard or another third party, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the updated version.
If anything here is unclear, ask through the contact page and we will explain it.
