Compliance for enterprise groups
An enterprise group answers to many bodies, including a central bank, a financial-centre regulator, a data-protection commissioner in each jurisdiction and its own board. xmodo assesses each entity against the rules that apply to it and implements shared controls once. It combines compliance status at group level while keeping legal scopes separate.
- 01Each entity has its own scope within one account, with a group view and reports for each regulator.
- 02Custom frameworks and your own risk methodology use the same tools as library frameworks.
- 03The Enterprise tier includes SSO, custom roles, API access, dedicated environments and residency options.
Set up the group structure
A mainland holding company, a DIFC operating company, an ADGM subsidiary and a European branch each have their own scope. Shared controls are implemented once, and each entity reports separately.
Report to each regulator
Each regulation is set up under its official title and edition, with its reporting deadline on the incident record. Board reports are calculated from current data.
Oversee the AI
Every AI suggestion across the group shows its source and a confidence score, and a named approver must accept it. The activity log gives examiners a complete record.

Frequently asked questions
Can data stay in our jurisdiction?
Deployment and residency options, including region pinning and dedicated environments, are part of the Enterprise tier. Ask about them on the scoping call.
Can we bring our own risk methodology?
Yes. Scoring dimensions, scales and risk appetite are configured for your organisation. The risk register, snapshots and board reports are calculated using them.
