Agreements
Master Services Agreement
This sets out the commercial and service terms for an xmodo subscription. We provide it during evaluation and negotiate it on the Enterprise tier.
Data Processing Agreement
This covers xmodo's role as processor of the personal data in your account. It includes the safeguards, sub-processor terms and breach notification commitments your regulator expects. It is aligned to GDPR, the UAE PDPL and the DIFC and ADGM laws.
Sub-processor list
This lists the providers that support the service, with their role and location. We keep it in the trust centre and give notice of any update.
Request any of these through the contact page. We share them with prospective customers during evaluation.
Website notices
Three notices cover this website. The privacy notice explains what the forms collect, why, who else handles it and how to have it deleted. The cookie notice covers what is stored in your browser, which is one theme preference and no advertising or analytics cookies. The terms of use set out what you may do with the site and how it relates to a subscription.
Personal data inside a customer's xmodo account is a separate matter, governed by the Data Processing Agreement above rather than by the website notices.
